Open any odb file with report, in DEV300m105 with installed report builder-dev-1.2.2m105 from qa upload site.

Open report in edit mode, select one data field.
Click on ... next to the Condition print expression in General tab of properties, or on data tab next to Data field property - the Function wizard not starts. 

It happens under win7 and ubuntu 10.10.

Regression, it works in earlier versions.

tried with DEV300m104 and m105, on Windows Server 2008, can reproduce. Here it even crashs => adding "crash" keyword, raising priority.

Seems to be a problem in the makefile.mk
in 
report-builder/java/com/sun/star/report/function/metadata

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
