In the pivot table dialog, double-click any column, row or page field to get the field options dialog. Close the options dialog with OK. The field name in the pivot table dialog is now shown twice (as in "namename"). The wrong name is only in the dialog, the settings are applied to the fields correctly.

It worked in 3.3, broken with the changes for issue 5759.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.

Verified on Aoo_Trunk_20120829.1800, it can not repro, it is fixed. so close it.
