Match case does not work on the Find & Replace dialog, search result is always case-sensitive. Searching by API function is also broken about character case.

On AOO340m1(Build:9578) - Rev.

confirming with Rev. 1296433 on win vista 32bit
spreadsheet is affected too

works in oo3.3 -> regression
