Build: AOO3.4
Steps:
1. Open attachment which contains TOC created in MS Office
2. Save it as another doc file
3. Reload the saved document

Defect: TOC jumping function lost, cannot jump to any entry.

I think this issue doesn't met any blocker criteria or is it a regression?

from my point of view this issue is not producible, when the referenced attachment is missing.
Thus, changing status to UNCONFIRMED and setting keyword "needmoreinfo"
