Borders disappear when changing a value and dragging horizontal scroll bar.

reproduced in AOO 4.0.0, but not in AOO 3.4.1 and OOo 3.3.0

Yes, it seems to be a duplicate.
@Armin: Could you confirm this?

The defect does not occur in recent snapshot build of branch AOO401 (rev. 1518667)
--> marking this issue as FIXED for 4.0.1 to trigger a verification for AOO 4.0.1

I double checked and do not see the problem in build AOO401m1(Build:9711)  -  Rev. 1518667

After try many times, only see a minor refresh problem after scroll very quickly up and down, that's in extreme condition. We my ignore it as no user will do this action.

I attach the problem screenshot, fyi.
