I reproduced the described defect in AOO 4.0.0, but not in AOO 3.4.1

root cause found:
Handling of sub tables does not work as data about current table is overwritten by each sub table handling and is not restored after import of sub table has finished.
This defect impacts the following properties:
- row properties
- cell span properties
- cell border properties
- table repeat header row count
- table width

fixed on trunk for the next release.

Also been fixed is the import of the table's left margin (also called left indentation) and the wrongly applied table's bottom margin.

made changes causes a crash when loading sample document referenced in bug 121417
--> reopen issue to work on a solution.

fixed the root cause of the introduced crash on trunk --> status back to fixed
