On Windows 7 64-bit 
AOO410m1(Build:9750)  -  Rev. 1548193

Steps:
1 New a word in MS2010 ,insert fill-in field  , save as .docx file .
refer step1.png
2.Import .docx file in AOO ,compared with the content with MS2010 

Expected: Same with MS2010
Actual:the fill-in field lost ,refer capture.png

I can confirm with AOO 4.0.1 that on *.docx import the 'Fill-in' field's content is not imported. The field itself is imported, but not its content.

Save the same document in Microsoft Word 2010 in *.doc file format (Microsoft Word binary file format/WW8 file format) and import it into AOO 4.0.1 
--> 'Fill-in' field's content is imported.

I also reproduced the described defect in OOo 3.2.0 and OOo 3.3.0 --> set field "Version" to "3.4.0" as an value for previous versions is not available.
