This issue is quite annoying, it didn't happen before. 
When I insert a picture, I find myself at the end of the document. The picture was inserted to the right place, but I have to scroll the whole document to the previous place. To continue with inserting an other picture or with the text, I have to find the place I was working on and this happens every time when a picture is inserted.

I was not able to reproduce the described defect in Draw using AOO 4.0.1 and AOO 4.1.0 Beta on Windows 7 and Mac OS X 10.9.2

May the occurrence of the defect depends on the settings of the default applied attributes for the inserted picture.

@lughnasadh:
- Which anchor type is applied to the inserted pictures? 'to paragraph', 'to character', ...?
- Can you provide a sample document with which you reproduce the defect? Then I can perform further tries to reproduce the described defect and I could investigate the settings of the default applied attributes.

I doubt that reporter wanted to report a DRAW problem, but wanted to tell about a Writer problem, what already has been reported as "Issue 121443 - Insert picture (from file) focus jumps to end of document"
