OFFSET function return error 504

Hi developpers,

I hope this issue is not a duplicate of https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=103331

If I use OFFSET function with COUNTIF (or COUNT) function to calculate range height, I have a error 504 (see attachment)

But in the wizard function, the function result of COUNTIF is OK.

If I use only COUNTIF function lonely with external reference, COUNTIF work fine ;
If I don't use COUNTIF, and input the height value in OFFSET, OFFSET work fine too.
(see attachment)

Confirmed with AOO420m1(Build:9800)  -  Rev. 1596566 2014-05-23_04:11:18 - Rev. 1597007 under Xubuntu_x64
Confirmed with cuurent version 4.1.0 under Win7 pro 64
Confirmed with AOO 3.4.1 under Win 7 pro

Work fine with OOo 2.4.2, it's a regression.

Regards
