Hello,

In french version of Apache OpenOffice 4.1.2 under OS X 10.10 Yosemeite,

1) Create table impossible:
Base selection
Table selection
Create table
=> Nothing happens
   The forms allowing to create the table does not appear

2) Open Table:
Base selection
Table selection
Double-click:
=> Nothing happens
   The forms allowing to view the table does not show
