Description solsang 2017-02-14 17:07:22 UTC
Every time a graphic is rezised, oo crashed, making it useless (in all applications)

Found out that removing BetterSnapTool solved the problem!!

This should be written somewhere so non-technical people will be able to find the solution of uninstalling helper apps

A general advice on crashing is to restart mac in safe mode and then see if it works to isolate the conflicting application

Looking up the problem only gave me hundreds of reports about java, this is critical to tell people with crashing oo, i almost gave up on using it!

Crash report

After dragging a graphic in oo, while bettersnaptool is running

If bettersnaptool is set to be disabled for current application, openoffice does not crash
