Description floeff+ooo 2003-04-14 17:13:26 UTC
It would be nice if the installation path was

I. if no previous OO installation is detected:
%PROGRAM_FILES%\OpenOffice.org (thus, leaving out the version number)

II. if a previous OO installation is detected:
the path last used

It is very annoying having to correct the path manually...

I think that this is better behaviour for the MS Windows users. The default
installation directory should be:

  o %PROGRAM_FILES%\OpenOffice.org (without version)

To the second point of floeff - it's already done, I tried it now. Installed
1.1.2 in the C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org. Than, run setup for OOo 1.1.3
and installers asks me if I want to upgrade 1.0.2 or install 1.0.3 in the
separate directory.
