Writer does not implement XAccessibleHypertext yet.

While I have no doubt that this feature is useful, I doubt its
priority and therfor the target of this enhancement request.
Hyperlinks have different character attributes, and therfor can be
identified as hyperkinks. They also can be accessed by pressing the
return key. This means that they are accessible, and the Hypertext
interface is only an alternative way to do so. 
For thise reason, I think P3 and an OOo 2.0 target is more apropriate.

We agreed to implement this for read only documents for OOo 1.1
