Good details. I can recreate this issue in the Linux version (RC1)
too. Following the same steps, an "unrecoverable error" occurs
trying to open Word 2000 docs that were created with either Dropped
or In Margin formatted text.

Add crash keyword.

HI->MMAHER: Hi, I've heard from AMA you are responsible for Drop Caps.
Comment 5 martin_maher 2003-07-28 13:11:46 UTC
MM: I am adding dropcap support to the word filter (currently the
filter translates a dropcap into an ordinary frame). I take a look at
this at the same time.
Comment 6 martin_maher 2003-08-01 11:13:27 UTC
This issue seems to have been resolved in RC2. I have tried it on
Linux, Solaris and Windows and I could not replicate this problem.
Comment 7 Unknown 2003-08-04 11:19:36 UTC
I have also verified on RC2 on W2K. This issue disappears.
Comment 8 martin_maher 2003-09-17 11:15:41 UTC
MM: This has been verified as no longer being an issue
Comment 9 utomo99 2003-12-22 06:12:24 UTC
Removing target from worksforme Issue, to reduce the statistics.
