In OOo 1.1 RC2, when using the menu item 'Insert->Graphics->From File...', if a graphic 
already in the document is selected, the graphics properties dialog for the selected graphic is 
opened, rather than the file dialog to enable the user to select a graphic to insert. This issue 
only appears in Writer (I've checked Calc, Impress and Draw) on Linux. It appears in Writer 
on Win32 (Windows 2000) too, but I've not yet had the opportunity to test Calc, Impress and 
Draw for Win32.

I was unable to reproduce this issue in 1.1rc3.  

I inserted the same graphic into the same document several times
without error.  However, if the graphic that was previously inserted
was still _selected_, the graphics dialog was displayed rather than
the graphic being re-inserted into the document.
