Hi,

When I export a document OO to MS-Word with a simple table, the height of 
columns in the MS-Word is higher than the original table in OO. And the row 
height is not modificable in the MS-Word document.

confirmed on 1.1RC3 (german) Win XP
... this was fine in 1.0.3.1, but much worse in 1.1RC

It is also duplicate of #15342. This is owned by DEV member, so I make
it "Master" Issue.
