Description Unknown 2003-08-26 09:24:55 UTC
Hello !

I've noticed a bug in the OOo1.1rc* versions of PDF export. Some letters appear
to be misplaced (one letter on top of another, or even almost switched).

I'll attach some example.

The problem appears with version OOo1.1rc and 00o1.1rc3_fr, but NOT in OOo1.1Beta.
I tested it on Linux only.
PDF viewer : acrobat 5 & xpdf 2.01 & kghostview 0.13.2 (kde 3.1.0)

Hope that helps !

WFM with 1.1RC3 german version WIN98SE: 645m15(Build8669) [CWS:ooo11rc3]

The PDF attached by reporter shows many mistakes, which are not in a
PDF created on my PC - here everything looks fine.

Only LINUX-Problem?
I do not have the font "Charter" on my PC. "Carter"- Problem?

I will stop my activity on this issue with this comment, so no oooqa.

Rainer

Rainer, unless I am mistaken, the keyword is used even when you don't want to continue with any activity. I'll add the keyword. If you disagree, then let me know, & remove it.

This is actually a duplicate to issue 18559 ; the problem is that
false character widths were used for some characters on type1 fonts.
