Description ooo 2003-09-15 08:53:25 UTC
I have a linked graphic object. If I go to the Graphic-Tab page of the
Graphic-Dialog and click on "..." behind the file name, I get a File-Dialog with
the checkbox "linked" checked. If I uncheck it, and press OK, I expect to
unlink (embed) the graphic. But the graphic object is still linked.

Unlinking graphics or other objects is done via Edit|Links.
Select all the items you want to be embedded into the document and
then click "Break Link".
I change this one to a RFE.

I still think it is a defect that there is a checkbox which seems to
unlink the graphic, but which does not work.

The Browse button just opens only the insert graphic dialog. It keeps
the last setting and has no function without a value.
It'll get difficult, when the graphic comes from Internet.
HI->OS: Just dispable the link checkbox when it is opened from the
graphic dialog. But it should be enabled again when I choose another
graphic to replace the current one.
