Add an ability to print only even/odd pages in File -> Print -> Print Range
should be added.

cp->mmp: makes sense to me (FWIW), however the dialog is already packed. please
have a look.

It's very comfortable to use this thing when printing a double-sided document.

Seen OK in OOo 3.3. See Page Layout tab of Print dialog.
