Description carstenklein 2003-12-29 22:35:07 UTC
Selecting multiple identical or different drawing objects prevents the user from
adjusting Text and Character styles for the selection.

This makes changes to the document very tedious in that you have to select each
drawing object individually. Of course I know that lines and boxes do not share
the same set of styles, but why not allow the user (and drawing) to adjust these
styles and drawing will apply them to all selected objects which do support it?

Sometimes, changing character styles for a selection of objects will work as
expected, but more often than not, it will just do nothing, although it will
allow the user to edit the styles, but they will not be applied to the selected
objects.

Note that this applies to the Presentation application/component as well.

Tested with OOo 2.0.4, WinXP PC.
This problem seems to have been fixed- works for me.

@'carstenklein', can you please confirm whether latest release of OOo has fixed
the problem you originally reported. Cheers.
