Heading sorting need to be improved. 
now after Heading 1, is heading 10, instead of heading 2, 3.

SBA: Priority set to 4, Target "OOo later". This is a little irritating at most,
occurs only in the Naviagator (unless someone really uses Heading 10 so that it
shows up in the style listbox too).

The reason seems to be the character-by-character sorting (as one can see it in
the Windows explorer when it sorts files by name: The order there is also
File_1.txt, File_10.txt, File_2.txt...).

SBA->OS: I know we talked about this before, but I can't find another issue
about this. Please describe the effort and reassign to BH. Thank you.
