I really like OO and I use it daily for various reports even though I also use
excel. The thing that keeps me from using it for all reports is the
formatting for accounting. In excel, I can choose to format in accounting
format, the main thing this effects is the underline function. The underline
has a much more consistent width in excel as opposed to OO. I have copied and
pasted the custom formatting code from excel into OO spreadsheet but I do not
have the same underline results as excel. This sounds silly, but for
accountants who do financial statements, neatness in the output matters. I am
the CFO for an $80M company. I love OO primarily for the output to pdf files
which saves me a ton of time.

Hi,

this is a double to Issue 23839 which has currently two Votes. If you want this
