Many objects have VISIBLE and SHOWING state even they are not displayed.
For example, all the menu items have SHOWING and VISIBLE state, even if the menu
list is expanded or not ...

Changing priority to '2', since priority 1 are build breakers only.

Fixing this bug reduces the time to switch into "Flat Review Mode" on a P4 1,8
GHz from about 11 to 5 seconds.
