If you open the attached file, save in M$ word format and re-open with M$ word 
or OOo you'll see the bug.

MRU->esposetti: As a Workaround, you should accept all changes in the document
before converting to MS Word format; this should prevent you for having trouble
with the content.

MRU->MMAHER: There are many redlines in the Document, which are lost when
exporting to WW8 format.

This looks like it has been fixed in 3.0 or earlier, so it should be closed, as
far as I can see. There are some problems with exporting tracked/recorded
changes, but the document here doesn't seem to have any problems (I've tested it
in OOo3.0 and Word2007).
