This is a keyboard accessibility test case .

[Reproduce steps]
1) Open a blank calc document
2) Press F6 (some times) to the option bar 
3) Press Home 
4) Press Right 3 times
5) Press Down 
6) In the actived dialog , press Right to choose "line"
7) Press Ctrl+Return

The "line" can't be inserted in the document .

It works fine in 645m40
