Need to assign someone to work on this.

Leo translated this for us a while ago, but from the English, not the Dutch, and
as such there are a number of mistranslations. As such I'd prefer not to publish
it in its present form. Unfortunately there's only a Dutch translation of the
installation guide for 1.0.x, not for 1.1.x, and proof-reading all 78 pages of
it is quite a task.

With 2.0 virtually ready though, and no chance of an Esperanto version of
anything previous to 2.0, do we really need a well-translated setup guide for
1.anything?
