Description jack.warchold 2004-11-29 16:17:59 UTC
Open the bugdoc, it contains a table with some cells with vertical
text. the text in the bottom right cell has two lines in the original
settings, this text just has one line in OOo and the cell extends into
the second page where it is invisible,

FME->JW: The right most table cell has been set to vertical 90° rotated layout
in Word. We are currently not able to handle this direction, therefore we
decided to have a hack in the import filter which applies a 90° rotation
character attribute to the characters in the cell. This is by no means a perfect
solution, therefore we cannot expect perfect results. I suggest to set this
issue to duplicate of issue 25140, which deals with the missing layout direction.

ok set as duplicate. even if i had closed such an issue because of
the jet implemented version of the rotated text
