1. Input some chinese characters
2. Tools / HangulHanjaConversion , press Options button , press new button , 
   enter 1 new dictionary name , like "dic1"
3. press new button again , enter dictionary name as "dic1" again .

We hope that a warning message should  pop up

FT: I agree with you. This error meassge is planned for next release though,
since we already have UI freeze.
