There are still Entries in the sdf files and the database.
They could be removed if they are not needed anymore.

To check make complete export from sourcetree and check if field 12 is occupied
anywhere. If not it can get removed.

field 12 is not used anymore. Checked in comllete ectract from SRC680 m79

So can it be removed from the database and marked as "free-reserved for further use"

As we still have many resources in our database where the helptext field is
filled we should IMO first clarify whether this content is no longer needed. If
it is obsolete and perhaps now moved to another place then I would indeed agree
that we should proceed as you described above.
