Saving to MS word (.doc 97/2000/XP) results in vertical text in a table being
converted to horizontal text. Two examples are given in attached file, one is
imported from a MS word document (see bug 44471 about malalignment), the other
is created in OOo.

Both export incorrectly

Vertical text of 90 degrees in table like in MS Word is not supported in Writer.
Writer can only rotate in character format - which Word isn't able to. Thus, due
to these incompatibilities between the two products, vertical text in Writer's
tables must be implemented. See issue 25140.
