- english OOo version
- open a new text document
- press Alt-F - which is expected to open the ~File menu
=> a "f" is entered into the text
=> all shortcuts requiring the Alt key do not work

this is a regression of os' fix for issue 45069
Priority is set in agreement with Writer QA (us)

FME: Fixed on master sw/source/ui/docvw/edtwin.cxx rev. 1.112

FME->US: Fix available in SRC680m88. Please verify. Reopened issue 42932, which
was the root cause issue 45069, which in turn was the cause for this one.

Verified in Master Work Space m88.

Pls. note that dead keys and compound characters don't work on Unix due to issue
45872.
