open attached odt and save to WW8, then open in Word -> the characters are
displayed as box symbols (even with fix from CWS dvoqbfix2)

resolved in fr8fix1. 
The fix affects all complex languages which write from left to right, by
a) inserting a special sprm to the characters, and
b) set the "use line breaking rules" compatiblity flag".
