Regression from StarOffice 7.
1. Launch StarOffice 8
2. Press F10
3. Note that the "File" menu should be now activated, and pressing down arrow or
right arrow will move down or across the file menu.  Note instead that nothing
happens.

ssa->pl: please, have a look. Works on Windows but not on GNOME. Please check
generic plugin as well.
