formwizard was removed from prj/build.lst only.

the resource "dbwizres.src" is no longer part of the localisation process but is
still used by the java query wizard ....

BC: I changed the title of the bug because the old webwizard is already removed.
The forrmwizard however is still part of the installation and will not be
removed within one of the folllowing product patches, as discussed with ihi and
ab. The problem is a reference in the user directory that is not removed after
deinstallation of an office. Installing a newer office will then cause an
annoying error message.

solving this issue WILL CAUSE the error message, so the target OOo 3.0 is correct
