using: jds34b & gnopernikus (gok) on gnomeland

application window (database & task window) is not accessible under jds/gnopernicus
(menues and toolbars work fine)

1. is not read by reader 
2. not found by gok
3. not shown with braille

duplicate bug written in bugster: gnopernicus does not read options on the
vertical panel while creating database (6265802) - set the other as duplicate to
this and closed
