See attachment. In the field Name (Chinese) and Name (English) there are 
underline for field input. 

When importing the doc file to OOm113, the underlines are missing.

MRU->FLR: lower on the page, there is a drawing textbox containing the mentioned
text. The underlining of the tab character is not imported (it is a character
format, not a tab format).
