Description eberlein 2005-08-11 08:49:55 UTC
Please open the file
http://www.openoffice.org/nonav/issues/showattachment.cgi/28650/part2.sdw (issue
53197) with StarOffice 5.2 and compare it
with m121.
For those volunteers, who can't get this old application, see
http://www.openoffice.org/nonav/issues/showattachment.cgi/28650/part2.pdf. I've
marked the changes in the pdf-file.

At page 1, there should be no indent of "Content" and no numbering before.

Regards Peter

MRU->HBRINKM: the title of the TOC is numbered when opening this SO5 document in
OO2.0. Reason is, that a list style will be assigned to the paragraph style by
the filter.

.
Comment 3 Oliver-Rainer Wittmann 2005-08-19 13:46:00 UTC
OD->HBRINKM:
- reproducable in SRC680m124 and SRC680m78 (OOo 2.0 Beta)
- also reproducable with OpenOffice.org file format (*.sxw) created by OOo 1.1.4
from the given StarOffice 5.2 file.
Thus, it doesn't seem to be a problem in the binfilter modul. Probably it's a
problem in the import filter for OpenOffice.org file format.

Considering the effort, the priority, the risk and our resource planning I've to
retarget this issue to OOo Later.
Comment 5 Oliver-Rainer Wittmann 2005-08-26 09:49:26 UTC
OD:
Further investigation reveals that this defect seems to be caused by a wrongly
loading of the 5.2 file format:
The paragraph style 'Contents Heading', which is applied to the TOC heading
paragraph, has a set numbering rule after loading in OOo 2.0.
This defect is also visible in OOo 1.1.4 (OK in OOo 1.1.3 and previous
versions), but somehow in OOo 1.1.4 the numbering rule isn't applied at the
paragraph.
Thus, I think my above given suggestion is wrong - the problem seems to be the
binfilter modul.

I don't mind closing this issue because of the old binary file format.
Comment 7 Martin Hollmichel 2011-02-07 11:30:50 UTC
ok, mark this issue as wontfix.
