The EventBroadcastrer does not work anymore.
To reproduce this behavior just start your office with parameter

"-accept=socket,host=0,port=8100;urp;" 

and call inside a solar shell:

checkapi -o
sw.SwAccessibleDocumentView::com::sun::star::accessibility::XAccessibleEventBroadcaster

Works fine for me with Windows and SRC 680m124.
Please check again.
