- open a new text document
- press F4 to open the data source browser
- in the context menu of the "Bibliography", choose "Edit database file"
=> the database application opens
=> there are way too much toolbars visible

cd: Correct, I missed that these toolbars are context sensitive. I have to add
the property "ContextSensitive" and set it to true.
