richtig: "auswählen"

in german translation of the table toolbar we have following strings for
selection of table elements:

wrong: 
 Tabelle selektieren
 Spalte selektieren
 Zeile selktieren

to be consistent with the strings in table menue  theses should be
correct:
 Tabelle auswählen
 Spalte auswählen
 Zeile auswählen

MRU->OS: slighly inconsistent menu entries in German OO. The Toolbar icons are
named "Tabelle/Spalte/Zeile selektieren" while the submenu entry in
"Tabelle"-Menu is named "Auswählen".
