Insert into a cell a number.
Don't leave the insert mode.
Press Insert Chart Button.
The Chart Range chooser doesn't appears.

This is a regression from m156.
Also broken: Enter a formula with a reference via keyboard (press "=",
cursor-down, enter). After that, the cursor can't be moved by keyboard.
