When the "Slide Pane" is closed in "Normal View", could the scroll bar 
(up/down) be enabled? Currently, you can use page up/down to naviagate without 
the "slide pane". what I'd like is to use the arrows up/down or the scroll bar 
to go to a particular slide. This is something that is found in PowerPoint2003
