Open a new doc and insert a polygon. Switch to point editing mode. Select one
point (so it gets dark) and try to move it with the cursor keys: the complete
polygon moves.
When navigating to the point with the keyboard (6x F6, TAB, CTRL-TAB, SPACE) and
trying to move it the complete polygon moves. This makes no sense.

Not an issue. Of course you need to use the point selection mode (F8). Works for me.
