Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 69620
Using AT-Poke to access combo boxes on the Formatting toolbar crashes OOo
Last modified: 2013-08-07 14:42:56 UTC
I am using at-poke with OOo 2.0.4 in order to write some customized scripts for the Orca screen reader. When I "poke" the combo boxes on the Formatting tool bar to obtain their text (i.e. current style name, font name, and font size), OOo crashes. I can reproduce this 100% of the time in both Writer and Calc on two machines, both of which are running the latest version of Ubuntu Edgy Eft for i386. Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch at-poke 2. Launch Writer or Calc 3. In the at-poke window, select soffice.bin in the list of applications and then press the Poke button. 4. Drill down to the Formatting tool bar 5. Choose and expand one of the following: a. Apply Style b. Font Name c. Font Size 6. Choose and expand the combo box under the item you selected in step 5 7. Click on the text item beneath the combo box you selected in step 6 At this point OOo crashes and goes into Document Recovery mode.
