I've noticed one slight bug of the Quick Starter Application will not follow 
*.lnk(shortcuts), it tries opening them instead.

I confirmed this on with build 643 on Windows XP.  This also is the
wrong component.  Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a text document on the desktop.
2. Create a shortcut to the text document on the desktop.
3. Create a shortcut to the OpenOffice Writer on the desktop.
4. Drag the text document shortcut to the OpenOffice Writer shortcut.

Actual Results:
OpenOffice Writer doesn't know how to handle the file.

Expected Results:
OpenOffice Writer should read the shortcut file and follow the
shortcut to the actual document.
