- Launch MailMerge and go to last step
- Select Send merged document as E-Mail
- Choose at "Send as" another Document format to enable properties button
- Add or modify any setting and close with ok
- Open dialog again
-> Your setting is lost
Note: The setting you did will also not reach the mail recipient

Newly created salutations are not saved from this dialog. 
As a workaround these can be created on the Greetings page of the wizard.
Not broken, target changed to 2.x

I never understood why this dialog appears in Step 8 again, it's already
available in step 4.
I believe this issue is related to Issue 108901

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
