Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 70941
a11y: unable to activate combo-box from at-poke from typed text
Last modified: 2009-07-20 14:52:55 UTC
i.e. launch writer and at-poke browe to the font name combo box and it is possible to enter e.g. FOOME as the Text for the embedded editable area of the combo box, but "take action" is insensitive. Looking at a similiar combo-box from another gnome app, "take action" is available in this sort of context. Screen shots of at-poke for writer and a gnome-app attached

what do you think ?
@pb: didn't you plan some adjustments to the way combo boxes are exposed via a11y API ? Maybe you can incorporate an "activate" action for editable comboboxes too.
pb: accepted.
