In Calc insert a chart (or Writer-OLE), cut it (ctrl-x) and paste (ctrl-v) => crash

The code was the same since at least OOo 2.0. Pure coincidence that it crashes
only now.
Fixed in CWS "notecrash", changed: viewfun7.cxx 1.27.38.1

its right in m186
it crashes in OOE680_m2
so it's a regression

Will this fix get into m4?
In the meantime, is there a patch I can apply to m3 to fix this?

Info: The fix for this issue has been integrated into OOE680_m4 by integrating
child workspace (CWS) notecrash.
