- open the attached document
- if necessary resize the document window so that at most the first page
  is visible
- grabbing the scrollbar slider with the mouse, scroll down to the second
  page, and back to the top of the document
=> very often, the form control (a list box) which is on the second page
   stays visible after scrolling up

That seems to be a regression of CWS aw024, it happens since 680m194

targeting to 2.2, since it badly hinders working with larger documents
containing multiple controls (for instance our specification documents)
