0. open a new database
1. create a table with any fields
2. open the report designer and bind it to the table
3. open the add field container and d&d some fields into the 'page header'
4. choose from menu: view / 'page header/footer'

-> all inserted controls are deleted without any warning

This action is undo able, should we nether the less display a confirmation
message box?

As the user has decided to delete the page header and this action is undo able,
no message is needed.

clu->bh: as the user maybe do not know that he delete the header/footer, but
only switch off the view and till the user notice, he has deleted the
header/footer, undo can make no sense anymore

1. change entries in 'edit' menue
2. rename entries in  insert/delete header/footer
